Palmstone Warranty and Exchange Policy

I have been doing business on the internet since 1998. My philosophy has been to expect honesty in business transactions from each and every person who contacts me. The results have been uniformly positive and given me a new regard for humanity. In this spirit I give you my business policies, hoping you will find them to be clear and fair.

Any product purchased through the PALMSTONE STUDIO website is guarranteed to be of genuine quality, authenticity and to be delivered free from damage. Any product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason, as long as such product is in the same condition as when you received it.

If the product is returned because of damage while being delivered you need only pay for return delivery and we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or give you credit in the amount of your original purchase and shipping cost towards any other product sold through Palmstone Studio.

If the product is returned for any other reason, we will bill you the original shipping charge, you need pay the return delivery, and we will give you credit in the amount of your original purchase cost towards any other product sold through Palmstone Studio.

All applicable products come with a certificate of authenticity. Limited Edition prints come with a Palmstone Studio certificate of authenticity and verification of the total edition number.

All custom design work is carried out with the understanding that a contract has been made between the customer and Palmstone Studio. No returns or refunds can be made for custom design work, although we strive always to give you full satisfaction on every project. At our discretion we can extend the terms of a contract without requiring additional payment, or issue credit to be used on future projects.

There will be a US$50.00 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
